About

My Approach

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are feeling stuck or disconnected, who struggle with anxiety, depression, or rumination. I also work with those struggling through life transitions, difficult family dynamics, grief, religious confusion, or addictions. I believe therapy is a courageous and special relationship where we reconnect with difficult parts of ourselves and our pasts. I approach my work from a contemporary psychodynamic and client-centered lens. I am informed by somatic traumatic therapies, neurobiological attachment theories. I use the therapeutic relationship to discover together what parts of you need care, healing, even challenge — with the aim that more of you is connected and flourishing. If you’re suffering loss, hitting patterns you can’t see our way out of, or feeling disconnected even from yourself — in whatever pain or confusion you find yourself, you do not have to be alone. I invite you to contact me. My goal is to help you reintegrate your experiences so that you can lovingly trust yourself, living a more robust and connected life.
